bake for 15mins at 450. done. wpid-wp-1434255727232.jpgI’d cut a bit of the bottom so the avocado sits steadily and not quite cut the avocado in half but only use the bigger half to successfully contain the whole egg IN the avocado. Avoid spilling.

3tbs mayo
1tbs Dijon mustard
1tsp honey
1tsp black pepper
a dash of salt

broil until mayo turned brown and meat is flaky when poked. bake about 10mins?
